Overview
As a Project Manager , you will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver ambitious projects from inception through completion, aligning engineering, industrialization, logistics, and client expectations to achieve successful outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Supervise Projects – Manage multiple technical projects from initiation to completion, meeting quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) goals.
Plan, schedule, and allocate resources to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
- Integrate Development with Industrialization – Collaborate with engineering and operations to refine manufacturing workflows and guide the handoff from design to production; act as a point of contact for flight operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage Logistics & Industrialization Operations – Lead logistics operations to ensure smooth production workflows and streamlined industrialization efforts.
- Conduct risk assessments – Identify potential risks, analyze probability and severity, and define mitigation measures to keep projects on track.
- Ensure Testing Excellence – Oversee product testing, validation, and qualification phases; analyze results and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Be the Client’s Go-To Expert – Act as the technical interface for clients, ensuring their needs are met while keeping them informed about progress, milestones, and adjustments.
- Contribute to Winning Tenders – Collaborate with the sales team to prepare technical proposals and cost estimates that meet customer expectations.
- Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, or project management.
- Technical background in Aerospace, UAV or similar.
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management or industrialization, preferably in an industrial or technological environment.
- Deep knowledge of industrial processes, testing methods, logistics, and industrialization challenges.
- Strong project management skills, with expertise in tools like MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both internal teams and clients.
- A sharp, analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make quick, effective decisions.
- Experience or knowledge in the drone industry is a big plus.
