Engineering Manager at IntrosMatter
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to build and grow a team while delivering a new product, collaborating in design, architecture, and development with high standards of quality.
You’ll lead the product engineering team that helps our customers find new relationship-qualified leads to grow their business, playing a crucial role in both technical leadership and team management.
What You'll Do:
- Build a team by sourcing, selecting, interviewing, and hiring the right candidates.
- Work with Product Management to define the roadmap, MVP, and key metrics of the product.
- Collaborate with Architects and team leads to define the right architecture for the product.
- Manage software engineers, including career growth, talent management, and team practices.
- Be involved with the development and testing of features across teams.
What we are looking for:
- 6+ years of experience in software development.
- .NET background.
- 3+ years of experience as tech lead or similar role with strong management skills.
- Strong coaching, team building, and collaboration skills.
- Strong business-oriented mindset with ability to provide visibility into business metrics and company goals.
- 2+ years of experience in a product company (not IT services, staffing, or consulting) running a product engineering team.
- Strong technical and development background with .NET.
- Some public cloud experience.
- Experience with Agile software development.
- Angular and AWS experience (Plus).
- Advanced level of English.
