Job description

Espacio Finca Alegría, un innovador proyecto ecosocial dedicado al ecoturismo sostenible y la regeneración, busca incorporar a su equipo a un/a encargado/a de recepción y gestión administrativa, con posibilidad de trabajo a jornada completa o media jornada.

Ubicado cerca del Espacio Natural Protegido Sierra de la Muela, el complejo ofrece un entorno idóneo para quienes valoran la conexión profunda con la naturaleza.

Tareas

Gestión de Recepción : Coordinar el trabajo de recepcion, reservas, del personal de limpieza y asegurar una experiencia excepcional para nuestros clientes.

Manejo del PMS y Revenue Management : Optimizar la ocupación y las tarifas para maximizar ingresos.

Gestión Administrativa :

  • Actuar como enlace con la asesoría contable, fiscal y laboral.

  • Realizar pedidos a proveedores y controlar el inventario.

  • Organización y manejo de documentos.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia demostrable en gestión hotelera, recepción y gestión administrativa en el sector hotelero o ecoturismo.

  • Buen nivel de inglés, se valora alemán, neerlandés y francés.

  • Habilidades en manejo de PMS.

  • Habilidades de comunicación y atención al cliente, con capacidad para interactuar de manera efectiva y amable con los huéspedes.

  • Conocimiento y compromiso con prácticas de sostenibilidad y turismo regenerativo.

  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar de manera efectiva con otros miembros de un entorno de economía social.

  • Conocimientos en gestión de personal.

  • Remuneración : Entre 20.000 y 24.000 € brutos anuales, en función de la experiencia, tareas, capacidad, cualificaciones y evaluaciones periódicas de desempeño.
