We’re looking for a Growth Hacker – Marketer based in LATAM to strengthen Keyrus’ employer brand and drive candidate engagement across multiple regions.
Location options: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or Brazil (Remote).
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver digital marketing and growth hacking campaigns to attract Data and Digital talent worldwide.
- Partner with global marketing and TA colleagues to develop strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
- Build and manage multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn, HubSpot, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, website, email).
- Define target candidate personas and create tailored content to attract and convert top candidates.
- Manage ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Showcase the Keyrus employee experience through authentic storytelling and creative content.
- Support and empower recruiters to communicate our brand effectively and nurture long-term candidate relationships.
- Monitor performance metrics and use analytics to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Plan and maintain content calendars for global recruitment and employer branding initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, with a focus on Digital Marketing.
- 4+ years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or employer branding.
- Fluency in English and either Portuguese, French, or Spanish.
- Experience managing social media channels and building content strategies.
- Basic knowledge of marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Teamtailor).
- Familiarity with tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, Google Ads, or social ad managers (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
- Understanding of modern digital trends and how to engage different audiences.
- Analytical mindset, creativity, and curiosity to test new ideas and approaches.
