As an Electronics Production Engineer in our production team, you will bridge Engineering, Procurement, Quality, and Production to ensure that all electronic systems in our UAVs meet the highest standards of reliability, functionality, and compliance with military-grade requirements.

What You’ll Do
1.
Production Engineering and Cross-Functional Interface
- Act as a liaison between the Electronics Design team and other engineering disciplines (avionics, propulsion, integration).
- Provide technical support to Procurement regarding electronic components specifications, obsolescence, and supplier capability assessments.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to define, implement, and validate test protocols for electronic systems.

Product Reliability & Compliance
- Ensure reliability and robustness of electronic systems under military test environments (DO-160, MIL-STD).
- Support the definition and execution of qualification and acceptance tests for electronic assemblies and subsystems.
- Lead Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and root cause investigations in case of production issues.

Testing & Validation
- Develop and oversee production electronic test procedures to ensure UAV systems meet design intent and operational requirements.
- Define and validate test equipment, setups, and criteria for electronics at component, board, and system level.
- Ensure full traceability of test results and compliance with aerospace documentation standards (AS9100).

Continuous Improvement & Support
- Provide hands-on support to Production and Integration teams in troubleshooting electronic issues during UAV assembly and testing.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardization of test procedures, and lessons learned.
- Actively participate in design reviews to ensure manufacturability and quality compliance of electronic systems.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability electronics environments.
- Solid understanding of electronics in a manufacturing context – components, testing, troubleshooting, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit design, and system integration.
- Familiarity with military and aerospace standards (DO-160, MIL-STD, IPC, AS9100).
- Experience defining and executing qualification and reliability test plans.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a cross-functional interface.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in FMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Fluency in English.
Spanish is a plus.
