Job description

Empresa líder en soluciones de ciberseguridad para empresas medianas y grandes.

Busca a un Ejecutivo(a) de Cuentas apasionado(a) por la venta B2B y con ganas de crecer profesionalmente.

Serás una pieza clave en la ejecución de la estrategia comercial.

Tu objetivo principal será vincular nuevos clientes y realizar la venta los servicios de ciberseguridad (software antivirus, hardware de redes, licencias, etc.).

Esto implica:


  • Venta en frío y prospección de nuevos clientes.

  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales y costos utilizando formatos predefinidos.

  • Documentar todas tus acciones (llamadas, mensajes, propuestas) en nuestro CRM.

  • Coordinar la solicitud de costos con proveedores.

  • Apoyar en la gestión de cartera.

  • Presentar informes mensuales sobre el cumplimiento de tus metas de venta.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?


  • Ofrecemos un paquete de compensación altamente competitivo con un potencial de ingresos superior a los $9 millones de pesos mensuales, que incluye:

  • Salario Básico Competitivo de $2.5 a $2.8 millones acordes a experiencia.

  • Comisiones Sin Techo: Gana comisiones prestacionales por cada venta: 5% sobre el valor bruto de los servicios y 3% sobre el valor bruto de hardware y licencias.

    Tu potencial de ingresos no tiene límite, con un promedio mensual de $6.5 millones solo en comisiones.

  • Bonificaciones por Cumplimiento de Metas: Reconocemos tu esfuerzo con bonificaciones significativas por alcanzar tus metas de venta, tanto a nivel cuatrimestral como anual.

  • Plan de Carrera y Beneficios Adicionales: A partir del quinto mes, te apoyamos en tu desarrollo profesional con préstamos educativos por semestre para programas de pregrado y posgrado.

    Si mantienes un promedio superior a 4.0, te condonamos el 50% del monto prestado.

  • Modalidad de trabajo: Híbrido.

    Trabajarás 2 días a la semana en oficina y 3 días de forma remota (desde casa).

    El horario de trabajo es de lunes a viernes de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.

  • Contrato a término indefinido


REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

¿Qué necesitas para unirte al equipo?


  • Formación: Estudiante o tecnólogo(a) de carreras como Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas o afines.


  • Experiencia: Al menos 2 años de experiencia en ventas de productos tecnológicos, preferiblemente en el sector de ciberseguridad (antivirus, firewalls, etc.).

  • Habilidades técnicas: Manejo de CRM, portales de marca y ofimática (principalmente Excel).
