Bont es unaapp que ayuda anegocios gastronómicos a gestionar pedidos, mesas, inventario y personal de manera eficiente.

Somos una startup dinámica que busca digitalizar el sector gastronómico colombiano, ofreciendo herramientas modernas que aumenten la productividad y mejoren la experiencia de los clientes.

Descripción del puesto

ComoEjecutivo de Ventas Junior en Bont, serás responsable degestionar y aumentar nuestra cartera de clientes en el sector gastronómico.

Tus tareas diarias incluirán:

  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

  • Presentar nuestros productos y servicios a potenciales clientes.

  • Cerrar ventas y cumplir con los objetivos comerciales.

  • Dar seguimiento a clientes existentes y potenciales para garantizar su satisfacción.

Este es unpuesto a tiempo completo , presencial durante el primer mes en Tunja, conuna base fija y comisiones del 20% por venta realizada .

Tras el primer mes, y si cumples las metas y rendimiento, podrás pasar a trabajarremoto y negociar un aumento en tu salario base.

  • Experiencia previa en ventas o interés genuino en desarrollarte en esta área.

  • Habilidades de comunicación y presentación para interactuar eficazmente con clientes.

  • Capacidad para identificar problemas y ofrecer soluciones que satisfagan las necesidades del cliente.

  • Proactividad y buenas habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.

  • Energía, motivación y ganas de aprender en un entorno dinámico.
