Ejecutivo de Desarrollo de Negocios Remoto (LinkedIn Specialist) Job Opening In Medellín – Now Hiring ELITEBRAIN

En Grupo Confisa - EliteBrain, estamos en busca de personas con mentalidad emprendedora, comprometidas y orientadas a resultados, para unirse a nuestro equipo de desarrollo de negocios bajo un modelo 100% remoto.

¿Qué harás?

Objetivo del puesto

Ejecutar diariamente la estrategia de prospección, asegurando el

contacto inicial con al menos 100 prospectos por línea de negocio, mediante mensajes en

LinkedIn y CRM.

 

Responsabilidades

• Enviar 100 invitaciones/mensajes diarios con scripts predefinidos.

• Segmentar contactos por industria, cargo y región.

• Dar seguimiento inicial a prospectos interesados (primer contacto humano).

• Registrar métricas en CRM (contactos enviados, respuestas, interesados).

• Reportar diariamente resultados y aprendizajes.

 

Perfil requerido

• Experiencia básica en ventas digitales o marketing en LinkedIn.

• Manejo de CRM y herramientas de automatización.

• Disciplina para alcanzar volumen de contactos diario.

• Español nativo, inglés básico deseable.

• Perfil orientado a ejecución, no a cierre.
