Job Description
El Ejecutivo de Desarrollo del Cliente SME es responsable de asegurar la correcta entrega y activación de los productos contratados por las entidades, garantizando su uso adecuado, aprovechamiento dentro de los plazos establecidos y el cumplimiento de la promesa de valor.
Este rol requiere interacción constante con áreas internas de la compañía para apoyar la resolución de problemas y escalar aquellos que requieran validaciones o decisiones fuera de su alcance.
Asimismo, deberá implementar y proponer mejoras en las actividades propias del rol, contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos definidos por la organización.
