This is your opportunity, come and be part of Sangre Tigo! **Apply right now!**Ejecutivo Cuentas I**Objetivo del rol:**Gestionar integralmente las cuentas o territorios asignados a través de la gestión de venta y postventa de los clientes actuales y/o nuevos del segmento Empresas, colocando los diferentes portafolios que ofrece la organización en busca del crecimiento de la facturación recurrente y de la participación en el mercado.**Experiencia requerida:**Tres (3) años de experiencia comercial en venta de productos y servicios, preferiblemente en el segmento empresarial, tecnologías y telecomunicaciones.**Educación:**Profesional en ingenierías, áreas administrativas o afines.**Funciones:**Prospectar clientes del perfil requerido para el segmento, ofertar y ventar el portafolio definido por la organización en servicios de redes Fijas, móviles y digitales, así como de sus subsidiarias y/o aliados cuando así se le designe.

Atender solicitudes postventa de los clientes que impliquen modificaciones, cambios de planes, cancelaciones o cualquier peticion que genere un cambio en los sistemas de facturacion de la compañía o en la facturacion del cliente, de manera tal que se cumpla con sus requerimientos.

Realizar seguimiento a las instalaciones o servicios del portafolio que tengan pendientes los clientes con el fin de establecer acuerdos con las áreas involucradas para acelerar su atención.

Realizar seguimiento a los servicios facturados a los clientes, monitorear que sean acordes a lo pactado entre las partes a fin de reportar a quien corresponda, según el proceso definido, las inconsistencias presentadas o en su defecto a su jefe inmediato.

Hacer seguimiento a la cartera de los clientes, informarles sobre futuras suspensiones o retiros por mora de los servicios y evitar ajustes de facturacion que afecten los indicadores del segmento Elaborar los planes de cuenta, la actualizacion mensual del Share of Wallet y diaria del Funnel de ventas y registrar las actividades correspondientes a su labor comercial en los sistemas que disponga la compañía en los tiempos exigidos, garantizando la veracidad y la oportunidad del registro.

Asi mismo Generar los informes que sean requeridos para cumplir con las necesidades de información del segmento Empresa.

Realizar el rol de interventor o acciones de interventoría cuando estos le sean asignados por el superior inmediato, soportando de manera eficiente y oportuna las administraciones de los acuerdos comerciales asociados.

Participar en la implementación (cuando se requiera) y en el cumplimiento de las políticas y lineamientos establecidos por la Compañía para su normal funcionamiento y el logro de sus objetivos.

Conocer y aplicar la normatividad asociada a los procesos y procedimientos en los cuales participa y se encuentran definidos por la organización.
