Estamos buscando el mejor talento, te invitamos a ser parte del Equipo Comercial de ASSA ABLOY Colombia como
Ejecutivo comercial Sr. de soluciones de control de acceso electrónico.

Sede Bogotá.

El principal propósito de esta posición es gestionar y expandir el portafolio de soluciones de control de acceso electrónico de ASSA ABLOY, mediante una estrategia de ventas consultivas orientada a distribuidores, integradores y clientes finales incluyendo su capacitación y desarrollo.

El objetivo es lograr resultados comerciales sostenibles a corto, mediano y largo plazo, fortaleciendo la presencia de la marca en el mercado colombiano.

Igualmente, responder por la estrategia de crecimiento y posicionamiento, con el propósito de contribuir al logro de los objetivos comerciales.

¿Qué buscamos?

Profesional en Administracion de Empresas, Arquitectura, Ingeniería Civil, Electrónica, Eléctrica, Telecomunicaciones, o afines.

Requisitos:

Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas B2B, preferiblemente en el sector de seguridad electrónica o tecnología.

Experiencia demostrada en la gestión de cuentas clave y desarrollo de negocios.

Inglés intermedio B1

Conocimiento de soluciones de control de acceso electrónico, incluyendo hardware y software.

Familiaridad con integraciones de sistemas y protocolos de comunicación (por ejemplo, API, SDK).

Comprensión de las necesidades y desafíos de seguridad en diferentes industrias (hospitalidad, educación, salud, etc.).

Principales Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar y ejecutar planes de cuenta personalizados para clientes para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.

  • Identificar y capitalizar oportunidades de negocio en cuentas existentes y nuevas que genere venta recurrente mes a mes.

  • Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con stakeholders clave en los sectores objetivo.

  • Colaborar con equipos internos para garantizar la entrega de soluciones adecuadas y soporte técnico.

  • Monitorear el mercado y la competencia para ajustar estrategias comerciales.

  • Participar en ferias, eventos y actividades de networking para promover la marca y los productos.

  • Utilizar herramientas CRM para el seguimiento y análisis de las actividades comerciales.

  • Gestionar y desarrollar cuentas clave, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente e impulsando el crecimiento de los ingresos.

  • Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio e impulsar la expansión del mercado.
