Ejecutivo Comercial Senior - Trader de Acero

Ubicación: Colombia (con posibilidad de visitas nacionales)
Reporta a: Coordinador Comercial / Gerencia General
Tipo de contrato: Indefinido directo con la empresa
Compensación: Paquete salarial altamente competitivo + viáticos + comisiones

Objetivo del cargo

Desarrollar y cerrar oportunidades comerciales de alto valor con empresas del sector industrial, constructoras, metalmecánicas, importadoras y distribuidores.

Será responsable de ampliar la base de clientes, asegurar cierres mensuales rentables y fortalecer relaciones estratégicas que impulsen el crecimiento sostenido del negocio.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Identificar, prospectar y cerrar nuevas oportunidades comerciales en el mercado B2B industrial.

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas, desde la identificación de clientes hasta la negociación y cierre.

  • Desarrollar relaciones sólidas con clientes corporativos y distribuidores estratégicos.

  • Analizar márgenes, condiciones comerciales y oportunidades de mejora en rentabilidad.

  • Colaborar con las áreas de logística y operaciones para garantizar entregas oportunas y cumplimiento de acuerdos.

  • Reportar avances y pipeline comercial mediante herramientas CRM.

  • Representar a la empresa en visitas, ferias y reuniones con clientes a nivel nacional.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Profesional con mínimo 4 años de experiencia en ventas B2B industriales, ideal en los sectores acero, metales, insumos técnicos o construcción.

  • Experiencia en apertura y gestión de cuentas corporativas y grandes compradores industriales.

  • Conocimiento sólido en comercio internacional, importaciones, INCOTERMS y procesos logísticos.

  • Manejo de CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, SAP u otro).

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable no excluyente).

  • Fuerte orientación a resultados, disciplina comercial y capacidad para alcanzar metas mensuales.

  • Negociación con tomadores de decisión.

  • Dominio técnico básico de materiales y especificaciones.

  • Trabajo autónomo y enfoque en cumplimiento.

  • Comunicación asertiva y habilidad para el cierre de ventas.
