📍 Ubicación: Bogotá – modalidad híbrida 

📝 Contrato: Término indefinido.

🌟 Objetivo del rol

Gestionar y convertir leads en oportunidades de inversión en el sector inmobiliario digital, desde la prospección en frío hasta el cierre y la fidelización, utilizando herramientas digitales (CRM, Excel, etc.) y cumpliendo con métricas comerciales claras.

🔑 Responsabilidades


  • Gestión de leads: trabajar con leads fríos, tibios y calientes, asegurando seguimiento ágil y constante.

  • Prospección activa: búsqueda de nuevos leads en canales digitales (LinkedIn, bases de datos, referidos, etc.) y participación en acciones comerciales para abrir mercado.

  • Cierre de ventas: explicar la propuesta de valor, resolver objeciones y acompañar al inversionista hasta la conversión.

  • CRM y autogestión: registrar y actualizar información en CRM, organizar pipeline y generar reportes simples.

  • Comunicación efectiva: redacción impecable de correos y mensajes, comprensión de materiales técnicos y financieros para transmitirlos con claridad.

  • Seguimiento a KPIs: cumplimiento de metas mensuales, control de tiempos de respuesta y tasas de conversión.

🎯 Perfil requerido


  • Formación: preferiblemente en Administración, Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería, Mercadeo o afines (no excluyente).

  • Experiencia: 2 a 5 años en ventas consultivas o comerciales, idealmente en: Banca, servicios financieros, Fintech, PropTech, Startups tecnológicas, Venta de productos de inversión o seguros.

  • Habilidades técnicas: manejo de CRM, dominio de Excel, capacidad de redacción profesional y experiencia trabajando bajo objetivos comerciales.
