¿Eres Técnico en Enfermería y te apasiona brindar acompañamiento y educación a pacientes?

Queremos conocerte

Cargo: Educador(a) Call Center PSP

Educación: Técnico en Auxiliar de Enfermería

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en conocimiento del sistema de salud y en educación a pacientes a través de call center

Propósito del cargo:

Garantizar el ingreso y seguimiento correcto de los pacientes a los diferentes Programas de Soporte a Pacientes (PSP), brindando orientación y acompañamiento permanente.

Funciones principales:

Realizar el ingreso adecuado de los pacientes al PSP.

Educar a los pacientes de acuerdo con los lineamientos aprobados por el cliente.

Mantener actualizada la base de datos.

Identificar y escalar oportunamente las barreras de acceso.

Cumplir con las normas de compliance y privacidad de la industria farmacéutica.

Direccionar de manera oportuna al paciente en su proceso de atención.

Competencias personales:

Adaptabilidad al cambio | Resolución de problemas | Trabajo en equipo |

Orientación al cliente | Empatía | Tolerancia a la frustración

Habilidades técnicas:

Manejo de CRM para seguimiento a pacientes

Microsoft Office

Excel intermedio

Horario:

Lunes a Viernes: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Sábados: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Modalidad: 100% presencial

Ubicación: Bogotá

Salario: $ Auxilio de transporte $200.000

Tipo de contrato: Obra o labor
