Lidera el trabajo de autores, editores, diseñadores, correctores de estilo y demás profesionales involucrados en el proceso de producción editorial.

Reporta de manera directa a la gerencia editorial.Este puesto se desempeña de manera presencial en nuestras oficinas, ubicadas en Bogotá.**Responsabilidades:*** Gestionar de principio a fin los proyectos a cargo garantizando el cumplimiento del cronograma y el presupuesto asignado.* Garantizar la calidad de los contenidos disciplinares del área y su abordaje didáctico.* Coordinar las labores de los profesionales asignados como autores, revisores técnicos, correctores de estilo, iconógrafos y diseñadores, entre otros, para atender en tiempo y forma los requerimientos de cada proyecto asignado.* Trabajar en equipo con las diferentes áreas involucradas en el proceso editorial.* Elaborar reportes y demás documentos que sustenten el avance del proceso de acuerdo con los requerimientos de la gerencia editorial.* Realizar seguimiento a la implementació de proyectos en los colegios usuarios con el fin de identificar oportunidades de mejora que atiendan a las necesidades del mercado.* Analizar la oferta de productos y servicios de la competencia y generar propuestas para competir con las mismas en el mercado.**Experiencia, habilidades y cualificaciones:*** Título universitario en el área de Matemáticas.* Estudios de posgrado a nivel de especialización o maestría en el área.* Experiencia en docencia escolar en el área de al menos tres años.* Experiencia de al menos tres años en la edición del libros de texto.* Conocimiento de las normas gramaticales y ortográficas.* Conocimiento y dominio del proceso editorial y de la disciplina que edita.* Habilidad para trabajar en paralelo con diversos proyectos.* Capacidad para la planeación de proyectos.* Capacidad para coordinar los diferentes procesos que se involucran en su labor (editorial, legal y administrativo).At Springer Nature, we value the diversity of our teams and work to build an inclusive culture, where people are treated fairly and can bring their differences to work and thrive.
