We’re looking for a results-driven and experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team.
As an Ecommerce Manager at Common Thread Collective (CTC), you will drive client success through strategic media buying, precision optimization, and data-driven forecasting.
You will lead accurate, insight-driven forecasts and ensure strategies are executed to transform projections into scalable growth for our clients.
You will communicate performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations clearly and transparently to build trust with clients and position CTC as a strategic ally.

KICK OFF PERIOD

ONBOARDING
- Align with the team and contribute to Brain Trust ideas across clients.
- Work with pod members including Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist.
- Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Maintain data integrity of clients across Statlas.
- Responsible for executing the Prophet system for clients and building Growth Forecasts.
- Build a Growth Map using the Prophet System; perform data analysis for the map; align marketing calendar with clients.
- Daily execution and actualization vs.
the forecast; adjust to meet KPIs. - Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans; be an early adopter when pivoting.
- Lead in obstacle situations; curiosity to find multiple solutions.
- Implement CTC’s Meta best practices; build campaigns using our structure and processes.
- Maintain ideologies and processes across accounts; monitor campaigns and adjust budgets/strategy to hit Daily Projected Targets; run tests to beat best campaigns.
ENSURING AND HOLDING THE STANDARD OF QUALITY OF WORK
- Maintain within a 5% delta to the forecast.
- Daily alignment with client against forecast and strategy.
- Follow Prophet system execution to 100% within required timelines.
- Deliver all work on time with optimal quality and attention to detail.
Client Communication
- Champion communication; ensure client alignment on Growth Map goals and next steps; ensure team clarity with exact deadlines.
- Send daily performance updates to the client; align strategy and forecast with the client daily.
- Provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call.
CONTRIBUTING BACK
- Share learnings back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement; collaborate across teams; contribute to future company content production.

You will report directly to Joy Sharma, a mentor focused on growth strategy.
Working under Joy’s guidance will push you to grow quickly and reach your potential as an Ecommerce Manager.
ORIENTATION
- This role is client-facing.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
SALARY RANGE
- First month: 2,000
- Second month: 4,000
- Third month (average): 7,000
- 1st Year Annual Range: 64,000–76,000
- 2nd Year Annual Range: 100,000–120,000
This will depend on the amount of clients and the quality of work.
