About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
E-Commerce Coordinator
to support the growth and optimization of our online sales channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service experience, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage e-commerce tasks efficiently.
Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a
plus
, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of online promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor orders, returns, and customer inquiries to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Assist in analyzing e-commerce performance metrics and providing actionable insights.
- Troubleshoot and escalate technical or operational issues as needed.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance online customer experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven
customer service experience
(CSR background preferred).
- Experience with
Shopify
or other e-commerce platforms is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Basic Excel or reporting skills are helpful but not required.
