Overview
Publicis Global Delivery is looking for an e-commerce media Specialist who led digital campaigns for the assigned advertisers (billing support, setup, taxonomy creation, monitoring, optimization, and reporting) for multiple E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, and Walmart among others.
The ideal candidate has independence and focus on quality and is eager to grow together with more than 5,000 employees of Publicis Global Delivery in the world.

Responsibilities
- Manage the audience insights framework.
- Set up E-commerce campaigns within each required platform, following agency and advertiser guidelines.
- Run weekly status calls with internal stakeholders providing performance and pacing strategies.
- Monitor the health of campaigns, ongoing optimization efforts to meet objectives, including daily management of campaign budgets, website conversions, bid management, and ad creative based on performance history and the client's objectives.
- List all campaigns on the QA tracker.
- Responsible for ongoing optimization efforts to meet campaign objectives, including daily management of budgets, conversions, bid management, ad creative, and landing page revisions based on performance history and the client's objectives.
- Proactively suggest improvements and troubleshoot issues.
- Maintain daily communication with the client’s campaign managers.
- Report issues promptly that could affect operations.
- Deliver recommendations, execution, and analysis of beta tests, new platforms, and vendors.
- Attend e-commerce training sessions and complete required certifications and updates.
- Connect daily with the global account team via email, IM and/or video conference as necessary to ensure flawless execution of deliverables.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and regularly communicate them to the client.
- Help develop documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the team and the group.
- Think creatively and develop tools and innovative tactics to improve or advance the practice.
- Provide clients with recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives.
- Keep abreast of industry trends through advertising and media journals and recognized marketing sources.
Qualifications
- Must require: Intermediate ecommerce media campaign management/optimization knowledge.

- Technical savvy and specifically skilled in any digital vertical.
- Strong knowledge of at least one ecommerce and search media platform while showing a good understanding of the overall media landscape (Amazon, Walmart and Google ads).
- Intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Nice to have: Strong knowledge in one of the following fields: Media planning, Media Buying, Creative strategy.
- Ad Serving Tools: GCM, Sizmek.
- Bidding Management Tools: Marin, Skai, 4C.
- Verification Tools: IAS - MOAT.
- Other Tools: Instacart (BASIC), Kroger (BASIC), Criteo (BASIC), Walmart (BASIC), Skai (BASIC), Pacvue (BASIC).
