Underwriters are tasked with determining the risk of an insured, whether an individual, or company, and appropriately calculating the premium for the requested coverage.

With the objective of developing exceptional students into exceptional professionals, the Early Career Program offers 2 years comprehensive and accelerated underwriting training designed to build the technical knowledge and skills you will need for a rewarding and challenging career at AIG.
As a Full-time Underwriting Analyst, you will experience a combination of self-study, classroom, and on-the-job assignments that will quickly develop your professional knowledge.
