The E-commerce Coordinator is responsible for coordinating online order processing and handling product data management on Shopify.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Monitor daily online sales operations.
- Ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate email communications with customers.
- Coordinate directly with the Logistics and Operations teams for shipment of orders, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service department when routing claims.
- Manage the online catalog and product data: enter all product information including prices and imagery, categorize products, and merchandise on site using the backend interface.
- Oversee setup with fulfillment centers (coordinate orders, transfers of stock, receiving, etc.).
- Manage additional web-related projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working with
E-commerce platforms, preferably Shopify, Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shein, AllyExpress, and others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teamwork.
- Basic knowledge of logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management is a plus.
