As an E-Commerce Coordinator, some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Oversee order fulfillment, returns, and customer experience across e-commerce channels.
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery performance, order accuracy, and customer feedback.
- Ensure smooth integration and operation of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Identify opportunities to improve e-commerce workflows and efficiency.
- Experience: Proven experience in digital commerce.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and CRM systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience managing or supervising staff is a plus.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
