Resumen de la Posición
Planificar, coordinar y evaluar la ejecución de las actividades de ventas con base en el principio de distribución horizontal y penetración de las marcas, a través del sistema de gestión establecido por Nestlé, con el fin de que el equipo de ventas logre cumplir los objetivos anuales y las tareas asignadas.

Un día en la vida de...

  • Ser responsable de establecer el plan de cumplimiento, tanto en objetivos de compra como de reventa a la calle, de su distribuidor asignado.

  • Ser la imagen de Nestlé dentro del distribuidor, siendo el canal de comunicación entre ambas partes; esto involucra garantizar las estrategias Nestlé (sistema de gestión).

    Adicionalmente, deberá planificar, coordinar y evaluar la atención a los clientes asignados, mediante la ejecución de los ruteros de visita, niveles de servicio adecuados, verificando y solucionando problemas de distribución, y garantizando la buena ejecución del Merchandising.

  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas y normativas de la empresa, mediante la información suministrada al cliente sobre condiciones comerciales y límites en cuanto a crédito y cobranza; chequear semanalmente los reportes de cuentas corrientes suministradas por administración.

  • Supervisar que las estrategias de infaltables de producto, visibilidad de producto (tienda del bienestar Nestlé) y accesibilidad, se están ejecutando de acuerdo con la estrategia Nestlé.

  • Proveer información estadística a los vendedores y hacer seguimiento sobre el nivel de cumplimiento de sus KPI's, con el fin de realizar ajustes a su gestión y/o fortalecer la misma.

  • Garantizar el seguimiento para la implementación de las actividades ciclo, tales como: Producto ciclo, lanzamientos, instalación de POP, etc.

    Informar a sus jefes inmediatos si existe alguna desviación de la estrategia por parte de su distribuidor asignado.

Lo que te dará éxito…

  • Profesional con titulación universitaria en carreras administrativas, comerciales o afines.

  • Mínimo un (1) año de experiencia laboral, dentro de la cual debe haber manejado:

  • Labores comerciales en distribución tienda a tienda.

    -Ventas de productos de consumo masivo.

  • Buen manejo de herramientas Informáticas como Excel
  • Conocimientos básicos en marketing.
