- Monitoring
: Track ticket progress and ensure timely resolution within SLAs. - Continuous Improvement
: Identify patterns and recommend improvements to optimize the support process.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in
support or customer service

- Basic knowledge of
networking, hardware, and common software applications

- Strong

- Excellent
verbal and written communication

- English level
