You’ll manage scheduling, ensure seamless communication, and help resolve any service-related challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Scheduling and managing healthcare service appointments.
- Coordinating between clients, service providers, and internal teams.
- Resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintaining accurate records of appointments and service requests.
- Following up to confirm service completion.
- Generating reports on service performance and appointment outcomes.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Sharp attention to detail – accuracy in scheduling and communication is key.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and MS Office (especially Excel).
- Problem-solving mindset – you don’t just flag issues, you solve them.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+ level) – clear and professional communication.
- Adaptability to align with U.S.-based service hours.
