The ideal candidate must have:
Advanced english proficiency (B2+/C1 is a MUST)Bachelor's in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.9-12 years in digital media with strong expertise in Paid Acquisition.Proven experience managing $50M+ annual digital budgets.Hands-on knowledge of ad-tech platforms (DSPs, ad servers, GA, MMM/MTA).Analytical, data-driven mindset with ability to act quickly.Experience in D2C or e-commerce-driven companies.Positive attitude, initiative, and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.Qué Ofrecemos
