Job description

En Altipal, macrodistribuidor exclusivo de Shell Lubricantes en Colombia, buscamos un Director de Desarrollo de Negocios B2B que lidere la estrategia de crecimiento en el canal industrial, impulsando relaciones de alto nivel, cierre de acuerdos estratégicos y la consolidación de cuentas corporativas.

Tu misión será identificar, desarrollar y fidelizar clientes B2B en sectores como transporte, construcción, minería, agroindustria y manufactura, posicionando el portafolio de lubricantes Shell como la mejor solución técnica y comercial del mercado.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de desarrollo de negocios B2B en el canal de lubricantes industriales.

  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en clientes corporativos y sectores clave.

  • Presentar propuestas de valor técnico y económico, soportadas en beneficios de eficiencia, durabilidad y ahorro.

  • Negociar acuerdos comerciales y liderar cierres de alto impacto.

  • Gestionar indicadores de ventas, rentabilidad y fidelización de clientes.

  • Implementar metodologías comerciales (SPANCOP, Venta de Valor, CRM Pipedrive).

  • Coordinar entrenamientos técnicos y comerciales con clientes y distribuidores.

Perfil requerido

Perfil que buscamos

  • Profesional en Ingeniería, Administración, Mercadeo o afines.

  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ventas técnicas y desarrollo de negocios B2B, preferiblemente en lubricantes, automotriz o soluciones industriales.

  • Dominio de metodologías de ventas consultivas y manejo de CRM (SPANCOP, Pipedrive, Salesforce o similares).

  • Habilidad demostrada en cierre de negocios corporativos y negociación con OEMs y grandes cuentas.

  • Conocimiento actualizado del mercado de lubricantes y sus competidores.

  • Inglés básico/intermedio deseable.

  • No tiene un equipo a cargo
