**Overview**
In Publicis Groupe / PXP - Bogotá, we are seeking a **Graphic** **Creative Director** with more than 5 years of experience inaudiovisual production, advertising and marketing agencies.
Your mission is to provide artistic and conceptual direction for advertising campaigns across various brands.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the creation and development of innovative and strategic concepts, ensuring alignment with the client's brand vision and values.
+ Direct and supervise creative teams, including designers and art directors, providing guidance and ensuring project delivery.
+ Manage briefs for follow-up and execution.
+ Oversee and track creative projects, ensuring alignment with the requirements of assigned accounts.
+ Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to integrate fresh and innovative approaches into creative work.
+ Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and procedures at both local and regional levels.
**Qualifications**
+ Skills in customer service, analysis, organization, negotiation, and project management.
+ Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
+ Experience in creating internationally recognized award-winning campaigns, preferably with awards from festivals such as Cannes Lions.
+ Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere); IA, 3D modeling and rendering software is a plus.
+ Knowledge of project management tools such as COR, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
