We’re looking for a skilled and creative video editor experienced in crafting UGC and VSL ads for Meta.
This role goes beyond simple cutting — it’s about storytelling, pacing, and psychology of direct-response advertising.
You’ll be producing high-impact ad creatives that combine authentic UGC footage, persuasive copy, and AI-generated elements (voice, visuals, or transitions).
Each 1-minute video can take 4–8 hours from concept to final export.
Edit and adapt UGC/VSL creatives for Meta Ads according to briefs and scripts
Build strong hooks (first 3 seconds) and maintain high engagement throughout
Integrate AI-generated assets (voiceovers, visuals, transitions) when relevant
Apply direct-response logic: problem → solution → proof → CTA
Collaborate closely with creative strategists, copywriters, and content managers
Implement feedback quickly, keeping high creative output under SOPs
Contract type: Contractor (~40 hours/week, tracked via Hubstaff)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 GST (Dubai time), with a 1-hour break
Compensation: Negotiable, paid twice monthly via Payoneer
Bonuses: Performance-based rewards for high-performing ads
Tools provided: Paid access to Storyblocks, Runway, ElevenLabs, and other creative platforms

Proven portfolio of UGC/VSL ads (Meta, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts)
Strong understanding of direct-response ad structure and storytelling
Proficiency in video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
Basic familiarity with AI-assisted tools (Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
Attention to detail, sense of rhythm, and understanding of ad psychology
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment
English fluency required

Access to premium tools (Storyblocks, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.)
