About The Role
Are you the kind of person who loves turning chaos into structure, organizing data, and helping sales teams run like a well-oiled machine?
We’re looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to work directly with the founders and help streamline the entire sales process — from lead tracking to deal closing.
This role is perfect for someone who’s analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive about finding ways to make things run smoother.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and update the CRM (HubSpot, Airtable, or similar) to keep the pipeline clean and accurate
- Research new leads, decision-makers, and opportunities in target markets
- Track follow-ups, outreach, and next steps to keep deals moving
- Draft client emails, meeting notes, and proposals that help close sales
- Schedule calls, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for the founders
- Plan simple travel routes and itineraries for sales trips when needed
- Build quick, easy-to-read reports showing pipeline health and conversion rates
- Continuously improve processes using tools like Slack, Zapier, and Google Workspace
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Business Development
- Experience managing a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable preferred)
- Strong organizational and data-tracking skills — you love clean systems
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Proactive and dependable — you spot issues and solve them before anyone asks
- Tech-savvy and comfortable in fast-moving, founder-led environments
Bonus Points
- Experience in B2B sales, retail, or real estate tech
- Familiarity with property management or checkout technology
- Canva or PowerPoint skills for creating simple, polished proposals
