Norte Digital LATAM cuenta con partnerships estratégicos que lo avalan como especialista en su rubro, sus principales aliados y alianzas son Channel Sales y Partner Premier de Google, Facebook Partner, Certified Waze Partner, entre otros líderes de tecnología a nivel mundial.

La agencia busca un Ejecutivo Comercial , proactivo y orientado a resultados, con experiencia en ventas consultivas de servicios digitales, eCommerce, Saas y planificación de medios digitales enfocado en Performance .

El candidato ideal debe contar con habilidades en negociación, generación de nuevos negocios y cierre de ventas B2B , además de un conocimiento sólido en Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok ads y medios programáticos .

Debe ser capaz de identificar oportunidades de crecimiento para los clientes, desarrollar estrategias publicitarias efectivas y liderar el proceso de ventas de principio a fin.

Su enfoque estará en captar nuevos clientes , generar alianzas estratégicas y contribuir al crecimiento de Norte Digital como agencia líder en performance marketing en Colombia .

Responsabilidades

  • Prospección y generación de clientes potenciales en sectores de alto crecimiento.

  • Identificación de oportunidades comerciales y desarrollo de estrategias de venta consultiva.

  • Presentación y venta de soluciones de performance marketing , destacando el valor de la inversión en medios digitales.

  • Desarrollo de planes de medios digitales personalizados en función de los objetivos de los clientes.

  • Negociación y cierre de contratos , asegurando acuerdos que maximicen el valor para ambas partes.

  • Gestión del ciclo de ventas completo , desde la prospección hasta la postventa y fidelización.

  • Colaboración con equipos internos (estrategia, creatividad y operaciones) para garantizar la correcta implementación de campañas.

  • Uso de herramientas de CRM y automatización de ventas para el seguimiento y optimización de procesos comerciales.

  • Cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y KPIs , reportando avances a la dirección comercial.

Requisitos

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en ventas B2B de servicios digitales, eCommerce, SaaS o marketing digital .

  • Conocimientos en planificación y ejecución de campañas en Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads y medios programáticos .

  • Experiencia en eCommerce , entendiendo modelos de conversión, tráfico y optimización de campañas para tiendas en línea.

  • Habilidades avanzadas de negociación, persuasión y cierre de ventas .

  • Capacidad para manejar un ciclo de ventas completo , desde la prospección hasta la firma del contrato.

  • Experiencia en el uso de CRM y herramientas de automatización de ventas.

  • Perfil orientado a resultados , con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir metas de ventas.

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita .
