Responsibilities
- Media Planning & Strategy: Develop comprehensive media plans aligned with client goals and target audiences.
Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify optimal media channels and strategies.
Determine budget allocation across channels based on performance and objectives.
Stay abreast of emerging digital media trends, technologies, and AI integrations.
Advise the New Business and Account teams on recommended budgets and media strategies during the pitch process.
- Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee the execution of paid media campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, programmatic display).
Manage relationships with external vendors responsible for day-to-day campaign management.
Track KPIs such as leads, CPA, CPL, engagement rates, web traffic, and form fills.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunities and generate regular reports.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate media budgets across channels to maximize performance.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly budget pacing and ensure campaigns stay on schedule and within targets.
Identify opportunities for cost-saving without compromising effectiveness.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in media buying, preferably in an agency setting or with companies providing B2B services/recruiting to software development firms.
- Strong experience in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic platforms).
- Proven track record of managing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on results.
- Proficiency in analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, third-party trackers, etc.).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency with media buying and planning tools.
