We’re hiring a Digital Media & Content Strategist to lead our social media and podcast strategy.

Ideal for someone with strong experience in content creation, social media management, and podcast production.

Location & Schedule

LATAM (Cali, Colombia) – Remote role.

9:00 am – 6:00 pm (EST) – Full time.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute engaging content across social media platforms.

  • Build and analyze KPIs, performance metrics, and reports to guide strategy.

  • Actively participate in podcast production as host or creative contributor.

  • Write compelling copy, captions, and calls-to-action aligned with brand voice.

  • Edit visual and video content using tools like Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Manage brand reputation and respond strategically to feedback or crises.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital content creation and communications.

  • Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, ClickUp).

  • Advanced content creation and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).

  • Strong understanding of social media SEO (hashtags, social signals, organic reach).

  • Platform-specific expertise across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, Facebook.

  • Ability to set and track KPIs such as engagement rate, CTR, and audience growth.
