DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR — ADVANCED ENGLISH
Role Purpose
Lead, organize, and coordinate the Development area to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects and solutions.
You will be responsible for managing technical teams, designing and optimizing workflows, prioritizing requirements based on available capacity, and translating client needs into scalable and viable technical solutions, we're looking for someone with a high level of technical and management experience, who leads with organizational awareness, emotional intelligence, and a strong product-oriented mindset.
What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the development team, assigning tasks and ensuring objectives are met.
- Manage software projects from planning to delivery, applying agile methodologies and best practices.
- Organize and optimize workflows and activities (work pipelines, deployment cycles, backlog).
- Prioritize client requirements based on installed capacity, impact, and product vision.
- Make technical and operational decisions, manage risks, and resolve conflicts within the team and with clients.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders (clients, PMs, and technical teams) in both English and Spanish; manage expectations professionally.
- Participate in development projects as a technical leader or consultant, ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Promote continuous improvement through code reviews, documentation, automation, and process standardization.
- Coordinate integrations with other departments, such as operations, commercial, and administrative areas.
- Develop and maintain a product vision that guides prioritization and technical roadmap decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in software project management and active participation in software development projects.
- Degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years leading and managing technical teams in coordination or leadership roles.
- Advanced English level (C1) — speaking, reading, and writing.
- Strong emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
- Ability to make decisions and manage conflicts constructively.
- Experience in prioritizing requirements and organizing tasks efficiently.
- Critical thinking and a product-oriented mindset focused on results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of organizational design models.
- Experience with tools and platforms such as Workfront, Fusion, and Marketo.
- Practical knowledge of APIs and integrations (contract design, authentication, error handling).
- Experience working in Cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
