OverviewSutherland is seeking an experienced Integration Engineer to deliver the technical aspects of product deployments for NICE Systems' customers.
This is a technical consulting role which involves direct interaction with customers to understand their business data and to design and implement creative solutions to integrate the data with the NICE Performance Management Application.
NICE Integration Engineers also design and develop end-user functionality such as forms, workflows and reports for customer implementations.ResponsibilitiesImplement custom deployments of the NICE product suite for clientsIntegrate NICE's applications with other enterprise systems and data sources using ETL, XML, and scripting languagesWork closely with customer and NICE Client Services team on all technical aspects of a NICE deployment, including but not limited to – data mapping, form and workflow design and implementation, report design and implementationWork with other NICE Integration Engineers to share best practices and knowledgeQualificationsExcellent technical and analytical skillsIn-depth knowledge of data handling and SQLIntegration experience with enterprise softwareExcellent organizational skills, ability to set own task lists and timelinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a teamDemonstrated interest and ability to communicate across technology and business boundariesBachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent)Nice to have / Valuable skillsExperience as a DBA, System Administrator, or Network AdministratorExperience implementing and managing data warehousesExperience with Hadoop or other Big Data platformsFamiliarity with Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos, SAS)Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g. Informatica, Brio)Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustriesSoftware Development, IT Services and IT Consulting, and IT System Custom Software DevelopmentLocation: Bogota, D.C., Capital District, Colombia #J-*****-Ljbffr
