Key Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Provide Smart Hands support for networking hardware.
- Assist with Windows OS support, software installations, and security updates.
- Manage basic Active Directory tasks (password resets, account unlocks).
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
What You Need
- Experience: 1-3 years in IT support.
- Technical Skills: Windows OS, networking basics, and Active Directory.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ (or willingness to obtain), ITIL knowledge is a plus.
- Languages: English (Basic - intermediate level) + Spanish language proficiency.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
