Our **Desktop Support Administrator** positions are key to the quality resolution of client service requests which includes but is not limited to: PC hardware and operating systems, software application installation, configuration, and upgrades.**We are looking for a Desktop Support Administrator who will:*** Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems* Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security* Proactively identifies process gaps and recommends solutions* Hardware and Software Inventory tracking and management* Provides provisioning and support for printer and mobile devices* Work as a team member to collaboratively resolve client requests and technical issues with other team members, partners and vendors* Document all trouble tickets with clear, concise explanations in a timely and accurate manner ensuring adherence to department policies and procedures* Escalate to supervisor any situation outside the employee's control that could adversely impact the services being provided* Determine the scope of the trouble ticket and the responsible department* Associates Degree Equivalent Experience required* 1-2 years’ experience in providing customer service in a technical support role* Appropriate certifications such as A+, MCSA, MCSE, MCP, CCNA are not required, but are highly desirable* Ideal skills include: Ability to learn and use professional concepts* Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users* Ability to stand/walk up to 20% of day.
