B2B SaaS Sales Account Manager (Remote)

About Us :

Pxier Services is a leading provider of event and catering management software solutions designed to help businesses streamline operations, boost productivity, and grow their revenue.

We're expanding our presence across Mexico, South America, and other Spanish-speaking regions — and we're looking for a driven, bilingual Account Manager with strong sales skills to join our team.

What You'll Do

  • Actively prospect, engage, and build relationships with B2B clients across Mexico, South America, and other Spanish-speaking markets.

  • Conduct engaging online product demonstrations to potential clients.

  • Highlight the value of Pxier's solutions and tailor pitches to client needs.

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Follow up on leads, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms to meet sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.

  • 3+ years of B2B software sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (required).

  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

  • Comfortable conducting online demos and handling multiple sales opportunities at once.

  • Experience in the hospitality industry (strong asset)
  • Experience in software sales (strong asset).

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.

  • Base salary based on experience, aligned with market rates for sales representatives in Mexico (COP $2,713,676 –4,264,348 /year).
