About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, people-driven
Demand Generation Engagement Specialist
who thrives on connecting with others and converting conversations into results.
In this role, you'll be responsible for engaging with inbound leads across
Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
, responding to messages, answering questions, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and messages across Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Start conversations with new leads, qualify their interest, and guide them to book appointments or webinars.
- Maintain a friendly, on-brand tone while following structured engagement scripts and best practices.
- Log every interaction and appointment accurately inside our CRM (GoHighLevel).
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to optimize messaging, improve response rates, and hit engagement KPIs.
- Manage follow-ups and reminders to increase attendance rates for booked appointments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years background in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- 2+ years of Managing META
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret data and offer actionable insights to clients
- Familiarity with Facebook Ad Manager is a strong asset
- Experience in real estate, mortgage, or digital marketing is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
