To do this, we seeking to integrate a Delivery Manager into our team.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Delivery Leadership
Own the product roadmap and backlog together with client stakeholders
Translate needs into actionable user stories and manage delivery priorities
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives (or other agile/hybrid cadences)
Monitor delivery health through metrics (velocity, quality, budget, engagement)
Navigate ambiguity, scope changes, and technical complexity with clarity
Team Supervision & Staffing
Lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants (UX, Dev, QA, PM, etc.)
Assign team members to projects based on their skills, availability, and growth plans
Monitor team health, engagement, and performance signals
Provide coaching or escalate early warning signs to team leaders or HR
Support the integration of new consultants into delivery contexts
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main delivery point of contact for clients together with your Customer Success Partner
Communicate clearly through dailies, weekly updates, and risk logs
Mediate between client expectations and team realities with empathy
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities based on client pain points
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product, Project, or Delivery Management roles in consulting or software environments
Experience with agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban, XP, hybrid)
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (technical, business, and operational)
Strong facilitation and prioritization skills — able to keep work momentum
Comfort using delivery tools: Jira, Notion, Confluence, Trello, or similar
Nice-to-have: CSPO, PMP, SAFe POPM certifications or agile coaching credentials
