Scope Of Work
- Conduct data processing and analysis of weighted results from the vulnerability assessment survey in collaboration with the World Bank, with a focus on imputation sizes, stop factors and related thresholds to better inform the reform piloting, monitoring and indicator framework development.
- Prepare a short report with the main findings and trends.
- Contribute to expert and technical discussions with MoLSA, UNICEF and the World Bank, as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: A Master’s degree in economics, econometrics, statistics, public finance management or a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of experience in economic, econometric, statistical analysis, experience with database design, data management, data processing and analysis; relevant experience in development of analytical reports based on data to inform policies and programmes; proven ability to effectively engage with a broad and diverse spectrum of professionals, including government, regional government, local communities and non-governmental partners, as well as international partners; experience of working with UNICEF or other UN agencies as an asset; demonstrated awareness on gender equality, child rights and equity principles, as well as ethics and integrity.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in written and spoken Armenian and English.
