Join Visa’s Business Optimization team to analyze complex data, generate actionable insights, and drive business performance.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business optimization initiatives.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management clearly and concisely.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular validation and quality checks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; English fluency required.
- Preferred: machine learning, predictive modeling, R, multilingual.
Preferred Qualifications
- Machine learning and predictive modeling techniques.
- Proficiency in Python or R.
- Experience delivering dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.

This is a hybrid position.
