En Banco Falabella estamos buscamos a nuestro/a próxima/o Data Governance, con base en Colombia.

¿Cuál es el principal objetivo del cargo?
Liderar la estrategia e implementación del Framework de Gobierno de Datos en Banco Falabella Colombia, asegurando la disponibilidad, calidad, seguridad y confiabilidad de la información, habilitando la toma de decisiones estratégicas, el cumplimiento regulatorio y la transformación hacia una organización data-driven.

¿Qué harás en el día a día?
• Diseñar, liderar e implementar el Framework de Gobierno de Datos en Banco Falabella Colombia, alineado con los objetivos estratégicos del Banco y los lineamientos corporativos de Falabella Financiero.
• Definir e implementar políticas, estándares y procesos de gestión de datos alineados con los principios de gobierno de datos definidos internamente y marcos internacionales como por ejemplo DAMA.
• Actuar como referente en Gobierno de Datos, identificando y fortaleciendo continuamente los roles de Data Owner, Data Steward y Data Custodian; diseñando y liderando procesos de capacitación, acompañamiento y asesoría para asegurar que asuman sus responsabilidades de forma efectiva y alineada a los objetivos estratégicos del Banco y lineamientos corporativos.
• Liderar la implementación de métricas, tableros ejecutivos y planes de mejora continua de madurez en Gobierno de Datos.
• Promover la democratización y el acceso controlado a los datos, garantizando seguridad, privacidad y cumplimiento normativo (local e internacional).
• Impulsar la gestión del cambio cultural en torno al Gobierno de Datos, comunicando, capacitando y midiendo la adopción en dominios y subdominios de negocio.
¿Qué necesitas para postular?
• Profesional: Ingeniería, Estadística, Administración, Economía o afines.
• Contar con al menos 5 años en roles de gestión de datos, gobierno de datos o inteligencia de negocios (excluyente)
• Manejo y dominio en base de datos en SQL (excluyente)
• Disponibilidad para trabajar al menos 2 veces por semana presencial en Bogotá (excluyente)
• Conocimiento en entornos Cloud, preferiblemente GCP, AWS o Azure (deseable).

* Requisitos: -Profesional Universitario en Administración, Ingeniería, Estadística o afines.
-Experiencia en puestos de Gobierno de Datos o en Inteligencia de Negocios, 5 años.
-Conocimiento de Base de Datos: SQL (excluyente).
-Conocimiento entorno GCP (deseable)
-Conocimientos de Frameworks de Gobierno de Datos (DAMA, DCAM o EDM Council)
-Contar con al menos 5 años en roles de gestión de datos, gobierno de datos o inteligencia de negocio
-Disponibilidad para trabajar al menos 2 veces por semana presencial en Bogotá (excluyente)
