About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Governance Analyst to join our Supply Chain team.
In this entry-level role, you will support data management and quality initiatives that ensure the accuracy and reliability of information across our systems.
You'll work closely with experienced team members and cross-functional partners to maintain data standards, assist with data operations, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily data management activities within ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, JDE), including data entry, validation, and quality checks.
Assist with data accuracy reviews, error reporting, and resolution tracking.
Help document processes and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and data quality guidelines.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on process improvements.
Support audit and compliance requirements through data verification and reporting.
Assist in the preparation of materials for data governance or operational reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and proper data flow across systems.
Learn and apply data governance tools and frameworks under supervision.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
Experience & Skills
0–2 years of professional experience (internships or academic projects in data, supply chain, or analytics preferred).
Basic understanding of ERP systems (SAP, JDE, or similar) and data quality concepts.
Bilingual in Portuguese and English (
REQUIRED
).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Interest in learning about data governance, supply chain processes, and business systems.
