We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to develop, analyze, maintain, and evolve data processing systems in operational and analytical environments.
You'll work with a modern, cloud-native data stack including AWS Glue, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Databricks to solve complex, large-scale data challenges that directly impact global decision-making and contribute to the company's core value stream.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable and secure data pipelines using AWS Glue or Databricks.
- Develop and optimize distributed processes in Apache Spark for large volumes of data.
- Manage and maintain Delta Lake tables, ensuring data integrity, versioning, and schema evolution.
- Write and maintain clean, modular Python code for ETL processes and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into reliable data solutions.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with AWS Glue or Databricks.
- 3+ years of experience with Apache Spark.
- 2+ years of experience with Delta Lake.
- 5+ years of Python experience focused on ETL and automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and data pipeline alerting systems.
- Cloud experience, preferably with the AWS ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
