We are seeking a highly skilled
Data Engineer / Architect
to design, build, and optimize data infrastructure.
You will work with Databricks, Power BI, and other modern data tools to transform raw data into actionable insights.
The ideal candidate is passionate about data architecture, scalable pipelines, and delivering business intelligence solutions that drive decision-making across the organization.

- Location: 100% Remote – Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, México, or Perú
- Languages Required: Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Project Duration: 6 months (renewable) + 12 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines using
Databricks
and Spark.
- Develop and optimize data models and dashboards in
Power BI
to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are upheld.
- Optimize performance of big data workloads and implement best practices for data engineering and architecture.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with Databricks, Spark, and cloud-based data platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Proficiency in Power BI, DAX, and data visualization best practices.
- Solid SQL and Python/Scala programming skills.
- Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
