Key Responsibilities:
● Clean, reformat, manipulate, and validate incoming data for system implementation projects (e.g., employee records, payroll data, benefits, performance metrics).
● Conduct data audits and identify inconsistencies or gaps across different data sets.
● Reconcile data between legacy systems and new platforms during transitions.
● Collaborate closely with internal teammates.
● Occasionally interact with clients to clarify data-related questions or provide support on file formatting and templates.
● Maintain organized documentation of import templates, field mappings, and change logs.
● Continuously optimize and document internal data workflows and QA processes.
● Configure systems based on client-specific requirements — including manual data entry and bulk uploads, and other responsibilities as needed.
Requisitos
● 3+ years of experience working with U.S.-based businesses and in data migration roles specific to HCM tech (Rippling, Workday, UKG, Dayforce, BambooHR, ADP, Vensure, etc.).
● Fluent in English (B+ level or higher) — able to communicate clearly in internal meetings and occasional client interactions.
● Expert-level Excel skills — including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional logic, nested formulas, and complex file formatting.
● Experience with query languages such as SQL (intermediate proficiency minimum).
● Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies in data.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
● Ability to provide recommendations and make decisions quickly when required.
● Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with healthcare or financial company data migration and manipulation.
● Basic understanding of payroll, HR, and accounting workflows.
● Rippling knowledge (huge plus).
● Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., training your own agent).
● Bonus: Engineering background or experience.
RequirementsTechnical Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in enterprise web application development.
Power Platform Expertise: Proven experience in Power Apps and Power Automate (primary focus) and Power BI (secondary).
Microsoft Dynamics Business Central: Solid integration experience is critical.
Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile or hybrid environments.
Tools & Environment: Development mainly in web browsers and Windows OS (required to run Power BI Desktop).
Power Apps/Automate in browser; Power BI Desktop for data integration and visualization.
Optional tools: VS Code, DAX Studio.
Key Responsibilities Power Platform Development (Main Focus): Build scalable applications and automated flows using Power Apps and Power Automate, ensuring seamless integration with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
Data Architecture & Security: Design and implement data architecture and role-based access controls with a strong understanding of credential-based authentication and complex data structures.
Integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central: Ensure smooth data flow and traceability between systems.
Quality Assurance: Lead QA and data validation processes, establish best practices and checkpoints.
Analytics & Reporting (Complementary): Create dynamic, exportable Power BI dashboards, with a focus on forecasting and financial reporting over time.
Deployment & Hypercare: Oversee deployment to production and provide post-launch support.
Client Collaboration: Gather requirements and present tailored solutions in client meetings.
