* Misión del cargo: Dar trámite y respuesta oportuna a las diferentes solicitudes que ingresan a través de la línea de servicio al cliente

Si eres empático, tienes escucha activa, comunicación asertiva eres el indicado para este puesto como asesor de servicio para Emermédica lealtad, tus principales funciones serán:
1.
Gestionar los contactos de acuerdo con los protocolos establecidos por el cliente y por Outsourcing S.A, bajo la premisa de solución al primer contacto.
2.
Registrar los contactos en los aplicativos diseñados para tal fin.
3.
Asistir a capacitaciones de acuerdo con las programaciones de la operación y reforzar el conocimiento mediante la resolución de inquietudes.
Salario: $ 1.423.500 + Variable $47.500 + auxilio de transporte + prestaciones de ley(pago mensual 2 de cada mes por banco Davivienda si cuenta con otro banco tenga en cuenta que pago puede tardarse 2 o 3 días hábiles después de lo señalado)
Contrato: fijo a 3 meses renovable
Sede: Modelia
Horarios laborales: Domingo a domingo 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m. (8 horas diarias, 46 horas semanales), Dia compensatorio
Capacitación: 6 días, recibe por día asistido $8.000+ refrigerio
* Requisitos: -· Bachiller, técnico o tecnólogo
-· Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en call center o servicio al cliente presencial
-· Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas, análisis y gestión de información.
