Join Our Team as a Cybersecurity Engineer – Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Remote – Colombia | Full-time, Permanent

About the Role

As a
Cybersecurity Engineer – IAM
, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing our Identity & Access Management processes.

Your mission?

To ensure secure access, maintain compliance, and support operational excellence across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Handle IAM-related tickets, including access requests and SSO integrations.

  • Create, update, and deactivate user accounts and permissions in line with security policies.

  • Verify user identities and manage access rights using protocols like SAML and OIDC.

  • Monitor access requests and approvals to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Implement and maintain role-based access controls and privileged access management.

  • Support incident response and investigations related to IAM.

  • Collaborate with IT and Security teams to strengthen our overall cybersecurity posture.

What You Bring

  • Experience in IAM or PAM (Privileged Access Management).

  • Familiarity with tools like Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory, and SSO.

  • Understanding of security frameworks and standards (NIST, CIS, GDPR, SEC).

  • Bonus: Experience with scripting or automation (Python, PowerShell).

  • 1–4 years of professional experience post-graduation.
