Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to become the voice of a successful cleaning business, where you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for all customer interactions.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary voice of the brand by handling all inbound customer calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Process new booking requests and manage appointment scheduling through the company’s BookingKoala software system
- Handle customer inquiries, questions, and service requests with natural, conversational communication
- Conduct follow-up calls to website leads who have requested callbacks to convert them into satisfied customers
- Coordinate cleaning appointments and manage scheduling logistics with the cleaning staff
- Resolve customer concerns and de-escalate any issues with empathy and effective problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and booking details in the scheduling system
- Represent the company’s values and commitment to excellent service in every customer interaction
Requirements
- Exceptional English communication skills with high conversational speaking ability
- High-energy personality with a bright, positive attitude that comes through in phone interactions
- Previous customer service or phone support experience with demonstrated success
- Strong learning ability to quickly master the BookingKoala scheduling software system
- Professional phone presence without typical “call center” voice or scripted responses
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints diplomatically
- Flexibility to manage varying call volumes throughout the day (approximately 10-12 calls daily)
- Availability to work full-time EST hours consistently and reliably
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment where call timing can be unpredictable
