Full Time Customer Success Manager (Colombia)
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive post-installation engagement and revenue growth across our operating companies.
This role focuses on nurturing relationships with existing high-net-worth clients, generating service and upgrade opportunities, and selling maintenance contracts — ensuring clients continue to experience the value of Spire’s premium home automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to existing clients to identify service and upgrade opportunities.
- Partner with marketing to sell maintenance contracts and ensure customers remain engaged.
- Perform post-purchase follow-ups to maintain strong client relationships and drive referrals.
- Manage and maintain client data in Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate activity tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with local service teams to coordinate follow-ups and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clientele.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, upselling, cross-selling, or renewals.
- Active listening, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficient in Zoho CRM or similar systems.
Experience
- 4+ years in customer success or outbound sales roles.
- Familiarity with technical products (home automation, luxury systems preferred).
- Comfortable handling conversations around high-ticket upgrades ($20K+).
